摘要
总结了淮南市水利发展现状,并提出深化水利改革、提高管理能力、推进防洪水保供水工程建设、加快农村水利建设等建议,以期为水利发展提供参考。
The status of water conservancy development in Huainan City was summarized ,the suggestions were proposed ,including deepening the water reform,improving management capacity,promote the construction of flood control and water supply projects,accelerating rural water conservancy construction,etc,in order to provide references for water conservancy development.
