摘要
目的:研究综合护理干预对肛裂术后便秘的影响。方法:回顾性分析笔者所在医要院于2011年1月-2013年1月收治的58例肛裂术后便秘患者的临床资料,根据不同的护理方法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各29例。对照组采用一般护理方法,观察组采用综合护理干预,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组患者护理效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理可降低患者术后发生便秘的概率,值得临床推广。
Objective：To study the effect of integrated nursing intervention on constipation anal fissure.Method：Retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 2011 to January 2013 were treated 58 cases of postoperative anal fissure constipation in patients with clinical data,accorded to the different methods of care,the patients were divided into two groups,29 cases in each group.Control group with general nursing method,observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing interventions,nursing effect comparison two groups of patients.Result：Patients with nursing effect was better than the control group,the differences was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The comprehensive nursing can reduce the probability of the occurrence of constipation in patients,is worthy of clinical promotion.
