摘要
目的:探讨消化内镜诊疗中引入舒适护理对于患者身心的影响以及治疗效果。方法:选取本院自2012年10月-2013年10月收治的消化内镜患者120例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组60例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予舒适护理,对其护理和诊治效果进行对比研究。结果:试验组患者的平均心率、平均血压、HAMA和VAS评分均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在消化内镜诊疗中引入舒适护理,能够在一定程度上缓解患者身心痛苦,积极主动配合治疗,从而利于消化内镜诊疗的顺利推行。
Objective：To explore the effect of comfortable nursing care in the digestive endoscopic diagnosis. Method：A total of 126 cases in the hospital from October 2012 to October 2013 were digestive endoscopy patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group was given routine nursing care and the experimental group was given comfortable nursing care. The indicators between the two groups were compared after treatment,such as the effective rate and nursing effect. Result：The average heart rate,average blood pressure,HAMA and VAS score of the experimental group were all better than the control group after treatment,and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Introduction of comfortable nursing in the digestive endoscopic diagnosis can alleviate the pain of mind and body to a certain extent,which actively cooperate with the treatment and to facilitate the smooth implementation of digestive endoscopy.
