摘要
目的:探讨并分析输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术应用于输尿管中下段结石治疗的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析2005-2013年笔者所在医院收治的100例输尿管中下段结石患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例,其中对照组患者采取常规的药物治疗,观察组患者采取输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术,比较分析两组治疗效果。结果:对照组治疗总有效率为80.0%,观察组治疗总有效率为96.0%,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在输尿管中下段结石治疗过程中应用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术,治疗效果较为显著,碎石相对比较明确,且对组织的损伤也比较小,可靠和安全,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To investigate and analyze the clinical value of ureteroscopy pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of middle and lower ureteral calculi.Method：100 cases with middle and lower ureteral calculi in author’s hospital from 2005 to 2013 were retrospectively analyzed,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group contained 50 cases.The control group was given conventional drug therapy,and the observation group was given ureteroscopy pneumatic lithotripsy therapy,the treatment effect of two groups were compared and analyzed.Result：The total effective rate of control group was 80.0%,the total effective of observation group was 96.0%,the total effective of observation group was higher than that of control group,there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment effec of ureteroscopy pneumatic lithotripsy in the middle and lower ureteral calculi is more significant,gravel is relatively clear,and tissue damage is relatively small,is reliable and security,and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
