摘要
为了减少单基站故障的影响范围,采用变更相邻站频点、系统邻站数据及发射功率等手段,跨区间覆盖故障站点,优先保障行车通信,为基站抢修争取充裕时间,并形成一套标准统一的、时效性更强的基站故障处理手段。
In order to reduce the effects of base station fault area, we give a priority to secure train operation communications through changing station frequency, the data of the system's adjacent station and transmitting power, and covering the cross -section breakdown point to secure sufficient time for base station repair, and establish a set of standard and rapidly responsive procedure of base station fault handling, adjacent to change cover the failed site.
