摘要
目的探讨狼疮样小鼠CXCL16的血清水平变化与狼疮活动其他指标的变化趋势,评估CXCL16与狼疮的关系。方法以Fas-/-狼疮小鼠、CXCL16-/-C57BL/6J小鼠、正常C57BL/6J小鼠(每组20只)为观察对象,分造模组跟对照组。造模后观察4周,收集测定其血清CXCL16、IgG总量、抗dsDNA抗体、抗氧化磷脂、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α等水平。结果 Fas-/-狼疮小鼠组的血清CXCL16水平明显高于及对照组(P<0.05)。造模组CXCL16水平明显高于及对照组(P<0.05)。小鼠CXCL16水平与抗dsDNA抗体、CRP等狼疮活动指标变化呈正相关。结论狼疮小鼠组血清CXCL16水平变化与其狼疮活动程度密切正相关,但其具体关联机制还有待进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the change of serum CXC chemokine ligand 16 (CXCL16) and its relationship with other lupus activity factors in lupus mice and evaluate its relationship with SLE. Methods In Fas-/-lupus mice,CXCL16 -/-C57BL/6J mice, normal C57BL/6J mice (twenty in each group), Compared with the control group and model group, observed 4 week, collected and determined including serum CXCLI6, levels of antibodies to double-strand DNA, oxidized phospholipids, C-reactive protein, as well as IL-6 and TNF-α. Results Serum levels of CXCL16 of Fas-/-lupus mice are higher than the control group(P 〈 0. 05). Serum levels of CXCLI6 of model group are higher than the control group(P 〈 0.05 ). Levels of CXCL16 in mice were positive correlation with lupus activity index such as CRP and antibodies to ds-DNA. Conclusions Serum CXCL16 levels in lupus mice are positive associated with activity levels of SLE. But elucidating the pathophysiologcial mechanism of CXCL16 in SLE requires further study.
