摘要
事业单位是我国独有的机构组织,对推动我国的社会进步、促进我国社会主义现代化建设、推进我国经济发展起到重要的作用。随着改革开放的深化,我国市场经济体制不断完善,事业单位也要与市场经济体制相适应,对自身的管理机制、组织架构等进行改革。针对事业单位分类改革中出现的体制、管理、财政等方面的问题,进行了相应的分析,并提出了相关的对策建议。
The institution of our country is unique to the organization, to promote China's social progress, promoting the modernization of our country socialism, played an important role in promoting China's economic development. With the deepening of reform and opening up, China's market economic system continuously improved,institutions must be compatible with market economy system,management mechanism, the organizational structure reform. The institution classification reform, management system, financial and other aspects of the problem, analyzed, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
