思想政治工作对企业文化建设发挥着导向作用,保证企业文化建设健康发展。而企业文化建设更具有企业个性和职工群众的群体意识、集体主义精神,培养职工的竞争意识和进取精神。企业文化建设与思想政治工作相互作用,而不能相互替代。
The ideological and political work plays a guiding role on the constructiort of corporate culture, to ensure the healthy development of the construction of enterprise culture. And the building of enterprise culture has the corporate personality and the masses of workers and group consciousness, the collective spirit, cultivate their sense of competition and enterprising spirit. The building of enterprise culture and the ideological and political work and interaction, and can not replace each other.
