摘要
太赫兹技术具有分辨率高、穿透力能力强等优点,正逐步成为军事和民用领域的研究热点。介绍了工作于太赫兹波段的光子滤波器的工作原理,推导了光子滤波器的传递函数,在此基础上设计了一种新型的基于级联调制器的光子滤波器结构,利用Optisystem构建了传统光子滤波器和级联调制器的光子滤波器的仿真模型,并进行了对比仿真和分析。研究发现滤波器的品质因数Q和掺铒光纤放大器的最大输出功率有直接关系,基于级联调制器的光子滤波器具有更好的滤波特性。
With the advantage of the high resolution,high penetration ability,etc.,Terahertz technology is gradually becoming a research focus in military and civilian fields. The mechanics of photonic filter working in Terahertz frequencies are discussed,the transfer function of the photon filters is derived,and a new photonic filter structure based on cascade modulator is introduced. After that,the simulation modes of traditional photonic filter and cascade modulator photonic filter with optisystem are built,and comparison and analysis based on simulation are made. Research shows that the quality factor Q of the filter directly relates to the maxim output power of EDFA. The photonic filter based on cascade modulator has better filter characteristics.
