摘要
目的探讨健康教育路径对睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)手术患儿治疗依从性的影响。方法将70例睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患儿随机分为对照组与观察组各35例,对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组按照健康教育临床路径表实施健康教育。结果观察组治疗依从性、患儿家属健康教育知识达标率和护理质量满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论在睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患儿护理中应用健康教育路径可有效提高患儿治疗依从性,促进患儿早日康复。
Objective To study the effects of a health education pathway on treatment adherence of children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea Syndrome（OSAHS）.Methods A total of 70 children with OSAHS were randomized in equal numbers into 2 groups.The control group were given routine health education,while the observational group were given education by referring to a health education pathway.Results The observational group showed better treatment adherence than the control group（P＜0.01）; their parents were more knowledgeable about the diseases and more satisfied with nursing service（P＜0.05 for both）.Conclusion The health education pathway could enhance treatment adherence of children with OSAHS and promote rehabilitation of them.
