摘要
目的了解肿瘤患者PICC带管期间自我护理能力情况,分析自我护理能力与心理一致感、社会支持的关系。方法应用一般社会人口学资料和疾病相关调查表、自我护理能力量表、心理一致感量表、社会支持量表对130例肿瘤PICC带管患者进行调查。结果肿瘤患者PICC带管期间自我护理能力得分为113.08±11.63,54.62%患者处于高水平。自我护理能力与心理一致感、理解力、处理或管理能力、社会支持总分、主观支持、支持利用度呈正相关(均P<0.01)。结论肿瘤患者PICC带管期间自我护理能力水平较高,其自我护理能力与心理一致感和社会支持密切相关。为改善和提高肿瘤患者PICC带管期间自我护理能力水平,医护人员应加强对其心理一致感的培养,并给予其情感和精神上的支持。
Objective To investigate the association of self-care ability,sense of coherence and social support in cancer patients carrying a PICC line.Methods A total of 130 cancer patients carrying a PICC line were recruited and investigated with a general social demographic and disease related questionnaire,the Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale,the Sense of Coherence scale,and the Social Support Rating Scale.Results The total score of self-care ability in cancer patients carrying a PICC line was 113.08411.63,and 54.62％ of patients were at a high level.Self-care ability scores were positively correlated to sense of coherence scores and scores of comprehensibility,manageability,as well as to the total scores of social support,and scores of subjective support,support utilization degree（P＜0.01 for all）.Conclusion Self-care ability of cancer patients who carried PICC line were at a high level and closely correlated to sense of coherence and social support.Nursing staff should cultivate patients＇sense of coherence and give them emotional and spiritual support,so as to improve their self-care ability.
