高温真空太阳集热管玻璃-金属熔封结构应力分析 被引量:2

THE STRESS CALCULATION OF GLASS-METAL SEALING STRUCTURE FOR HIGH TEMPERATURE VACUUM SOLAR COLLECTOR TUBES

摘要 从薄壳理论的基本概念出发,对玻璃-金属熔封结构的残余应力进行分析。以硼硅玻璃3.3-不锈钢熔封为例,计算熔封件半径、玻璃管厚度、金属环厚度对玻璃-金属熔封件的轴向应力分布的影响以及熔封长度对玻璃-金属熔封最大轴向应力的影响。在此基础上制备真空致密与封接强度较好的玻璃-金属熔封件。 The residual stress of glass-metal sealing has been calculated on the basis of theory of thin shells. In the case of the borosilicate glass 3.3-stainless steel sealing, the effect of radius on the axial stress, thickness of the glass on the axial stress, thickness of the stainless steel ring on the axial stress and sealing length on the maximum axial stress of glass-metal sealings have been obtained.Glass-metal sealing parts without vacuum leakage and with good strength have been prepared as well.
