摘要
从直流旁路单元和交流旁路单元的概念出发,提出无漏电流非隔离式单相光伏并网逆变器拓扑的两种类型及其构建方式,涵盖了近年来工业界和学术界提出的一系列无漏电流新型拓扑,并演绎出若干新型拓扑。这类新型拓扑与部分现有拓扑共同构成开关旁路单元无漏电流逆变器族,其拓扑演绎规律为逆变器拓扑族的标准化筛选提供新的思路。仿真与实验验证了理论的正确性。
Two types and their construction methods of no leakage current transformerless photovoltaic grid connected inverter are proposed in this paper, which are based on the concept of DC bypass and AC bypass. Then a series of no leakage current inverter topologies are deduced, which include the existing no leakage current inverter proposed by industry and academia in recent years. A family of inverter topologies with switch bypass is formed combined with the novel topologies and some existing ones. The derivation approach provides a new method for inverter topology standardization. At last, simulation and experimental results are provided for the theory verification.
