摘要
摩擦提升矿井中,要时常进行首绳更换。现有的换绳方法耗时长、换绳难度大、,易对首绳造成损伤,大大减少首绳使用寿命,严重制约着生产,影响矿井安全。采用自主研发的新旧首绳井口自动互换系统装备进行首绳更换,并运用预先危险性分析(PHA)对其从滑绳、导向轮损坏、夹持体损坏、共振方面进行定性安全分析。结果表明,此方法所有操作均在井口完成,不用固定罐笼,提升系统张力差不受影响,换绳安全程度高,操作人员少,占用提升时间少,效率高,能够保障矿井安全高效生产,是一种新型、高效、安全的首绳更换方法。
In friction hoist mine, the first ropes are replaced regularly. The existing replacing- rope methods are time- consuming, difficult to replace rope, easy to cause damage to the first rope, greatly reduce the service life of the first rope, severely restrict the production and affect mine safety. The first rope were replaced using the self- developed wellhead interactive new and old rope- exchanging system and equipments, and the qualitative safety to the ropes from sliding, the damages of steering wheel and the clamping body and resonance,were analyzed using the preliminary hazard analysis(PHA).The results showed that this method had the advantages,all operations at the wellhead, no fixing the cage, no affecting the tension difference by replacing- rope, high safety, less operators, less lifting time, high efficiency, so it could guarantee the safety of mine production, was a new kind of effective and safe method for replacing first rope.
