摘要
随着GMP的发展,GMP的药品生产全过程的控制管理越来越受到重视。原有的搪玻璃设备也随之不断发展更新。本文主要阐述了搪玻璃设备在结构设计上进行的改进,使之在净化、清洗、在线监测与控制和安全保护等方面更符合GMP认证的要求。同时也对搪玻璃设备加工制造方面、所配仪器仪表、密封元件等提出了更高的要求。并展望了搪玻璃在GMP认证中的前景,力争创造搪玻璃精品设备,使搪玻璃设备在更广泛的领域应用。
