摘要
以惠州学院节能管理为例,对高校能耗具有总量大、建筑自身节能差、用能周期强、水电为主要能耗品种和节能潜力大等方面的特点进行分析,指出高校节能存在基础薄弱、管理粗放、节能意识不强等问题,提出以管理与教育相结合、建立水电指标化考核体系、智能化能源管理平台、合同能源管理机制等节能管理的意见和建议。
Taking energy saving management in Huizhou University as an example,this paper analyzes the characteristics of energy consumption in universities,namely,large amount of consumption,inefficient energy saving in construction,strong cycle of energy consumption,water and electricity as the main varieties of energy consumption,and great potential of energy saving,etc,probes into such problems as weak foundation,extensive management,lack of energy saving consciousnesses,etc,and puts forward such suggestions as combining management with education,establishing the index appraisal system of energy saving,building the platform of intelligent energy management,and establishing the contract energy management mechanism.
