摘要
为探讨CO2处理对采后保山甜柿货架期的影响,首先对果实品质与货架期的相关性关系进行了研究,以期找出甜柿品质的快速、准确分级评定标准,并在此基础上以甜柿级别为评价指标探讨高CO2处理时间对甜柿果实货架期的影响规律。结果表明:品质指标中的硬度值与甜柿货架期的相关性最为显著,可作为评判甜柿采后级别的最快速、最直观的依据;高CO2处理有助于延长甜柿的货架期,且CO2处理时间越长,货架期越长,其中以CO2处理12 h后的甜柿货架期最长为45天,而CO2处理0 h的货架期仅为6天。
In order to discuss the effect of high carbon dioxide treatment on shelf life of sweet persimmon inBaoshan region, the paper firstly studied the relationship between sweet persimmon fruit quality and shelf lifeso that a fast and accurate grading standard could be made. Then with the grade of sweet persimmon as anassessment index discussed the effect of different durations of high carbon dioxide treatment on shelf life ofsweet persimmon. The results showed that: the hardness value was the most relevant quality index to the shelflife of sweet persimmon and could be used as the fastest and most direct basis to evaluate the grade of sweetpersimmon. High carbon dioxide treatment was better for prolonging the shelf life of sweet persimmon. And theprocessing time was longer, the shelf life longer. The shelf life of sweet persimmon treated by carbon dioxide for12 hours was 45 days as the maximum shelf life, when the shelf life of sweet persimmon treated by carbondioxide for 0 hours was only 0 days.
