摘要
目的:观察痰热清注射液联合头孢类抗生素治疗小儿慢性支气管炎急性发作的疗效,及护理效果。方法:将慢性支气管炎急性发作患儿112例随机分为2组,对照组56例患儿采用头孢类抗生素治疗,观察组56例患儿在对照组治疗的基础上加用痰热清注射液治疗,观察2组患儿治疗效果、症状改善情况及不良反应。结果:观察组患儿治愈46例,显效6例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率92.86%;对照组治愈31例,显效14例,有效7例,无效4例,总有效率80.36%;观察组治疗效果优于对照组,观察组患儿咳嗽、气喘、体征消失时间、体温恢复正常时间、痰液正常时间、平均住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:痰热清注射液联合头孢类抗生素治疗小儿慢性支气管炎急性发作可缩短治疗时间,具有较高的安全性。
Objective： To observe curative effects of TanReQing injection and cephalosporins antibiotics in treating children with chronic bronchitis at acute exacerbation stage and the influence of nursing for the patients. Methods： All 112 patients were randomized to two groups equally, the control group were given with cephalosporins antibiotics, the observation group accepted TanReQing injection on the foundation of the treatment given to the con- trol group, curative effects, the improvements of the symptoms and adverse reaction of the patients in both groups were observed. Results： There were 46 cases cured, six cases markedly effective, three cases effective, one case inef- fective, total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%; There were 31 cases cured, 14 cases markedly ef- fective, seven cases effective, four cases ineffective, total effective rate of the control group was 80.36%; the obser- vation group was superior to the control group in curative effects significantly, the observation group was shorter than the control group in disappearing time of cough, asthma and body signs, the time of body temperature returning to normal, the time of normal phlegm and average hospitalization time （P〈0.05）. The difference was significant in adverse reaction （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： TanRe Qinginj ection and cephalosporins antibiotics could shorten therapeutic time, the therapy is effective in treating children with chronic bronchitis at acute exacerbation stage with high safety.
