摘要
本文介绍了水泥窑燃烧利用固体回收垃圾的相关国外标准及我国的标准体系雏形,并对其主要品质指标及性能检测方法进行了比较分析。在该领域,我国的标准体系将主要由水泥窑用固体回收垃圾产品标准及其取样方法、燃烧特性测试方法和耐火材料抗卤族元素侵蚀试验方法等四项国家标准构成。文中还介绍了目前水泥窑用固体回收垃圾的热值、灰分、氯含量和硫含量等情况。
This paper introduced the standards of cement kiln burning waste at home and aboard,and analyzed the main quality index and test methods.In this area,the domestic standard system includs four standards,such as solid combustible recovery waste product,and its sampling methods,combustion characteristics test method and halogen element erosion test method of refractory,and etc.The calorific value,ash content,chlorine content and sulfur content of solid recovery waste were introduced too.
