摘要
探讨道地陇药知识产权保护存在的法律问题以及道地陇药知识产权保护的法律对策,指出目前甘肃省对道地陇药缺乏知识产权保护意识,致使道地陇药优势无法转化为知识产权优势,无法有效促进甘肃省中药及相关产业的发展步伐。因此,尊重知识产权意识保护,运用法律手段保护和发展道地陇药,全面构建道地陇药知识产权保护体系,对陇药的发展起至关重要的作用。
The paper is discussing legal issues existed in intellectual property protection（IPP） of genuineLong herbs and the countermeasures of genuineLongherbs IPP. Now the people inGansuprovince are lack of IPP aware-ness so that the advantages of genuineLongherbs couldn’t be transformed into the superiority of IPP, and it could promote the development of herbs and the related industries inGansuprovince effectively. Therefore, it is vital to developLongherbs by respecting IPP awareness, protecting and developing genuineLongherbs with legal measures, comprehensively building IPP system for genuineLongherbs.
