摘要
从民族地区中医药人才的需求特点出发剖析中医药专业人才应具备的各种能力,从社会需求的角度出发,结合右江民族医学院药学专业毕业生的就业现状,探讨民族地区中医药人才培养模式及其培养措施。
The abilities that TCM professionals should possess were discussed from the need of TCM profes-sionals in minority nationality regions, the modes for TCM professional cultivation in minority nationality regions and the measures of cultivation were explored from social needs combined with current state of graduates employ-ment in pharmacy department ofYoujiangmedical university for nationalities.
