摘要
羊主要组织相容性复合体(MHC)具有高度多态性,与羊的多种疾病抗性密切相关。MHC已是世界范围内的研究热点且已取得了很大的研究进展。介绍了羊MHC的结构与功能、国内外有关羊MHC的多态性研究现状及MHC与羊抗病育种的相关研究,并展望了MHC在羊抗病育种中的应用前景,为今后羊的抗病育种研究提供理论依据。
The major histocompatibility complex(MHC) of sheep has high polymorphism, and closely associates with sheep diseases resistance. MHC is a research hotspot around the world and has made great progress. This paper introduces the structure and function of sheep MHC, the research status at home and abroad about the sheep MHC polymorphism and related research between MHC and sheep disease-resistant breeding. The paper also introduces the prospects for the application of MHC on sheep resistance breeding, and provides theoretical basis for sheep disease-resistant breeding of the study in the future.
