摘要
传感器故障是影响发电厂水处理流程运行安全的重要因素之一。该文以PCA(主元分析)为手段检测并定位水处理流程的传感器故障,重点对故障检测软件平台进行研究。该平台设计为由数据接口、故障检测算法、人机接口以及功能调度4个独立的功能块组成。研究了openPlant数据接口、OPC服务器及客户端开发以及功能块调度实现等关键技术。平台以1000 MW机组水处理流程为对象进行了现场试验,结果表明本文提出的设计思路及实现技术成熟可靠,完全满足传感器故障检测平台需求;也可以为其他工业软件平台的设计提供借鉴。
Sensor fault was one of the key issues that affect the safety of a water treatment process of coal-fired power plants. PCA(principle component analysis)was employed to deal with the sensor fault detection of water treatment processes in this paper;furthermore,the design and implementation issues of the corresponding software platform are extensively discussed. The software platform includes 4 functional modules,as data interface,fault detection algorithm,human machine interface and module management center. The key technologies as the interface with openPlant database interfaces,the OPC interfaces and the way to implement module management were discussed in the paper.Moreover,the software platform was tested with a water treatment process in a 1000 WM power plant. The results show that the design thought and the key technologies proposed was reliable and suitable for the fault detection platform and they can be reference for other industrial software platforms.
