股骨头2枚克氏针联合空心钉股骨大粗隆牵引治疗难复性股骨颈骨折体会 被引量：4

摘要 股骨颈骨折是老年骨折的常见疾病，随着人口的老龄化，已经成为多发病。空心加压螺钉内固定已成为国内外治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折的主要方法［1，2］。目前被广泛采用的是闭合复位，空心加压螺钉内固定术。我院2009年6月至2012年5月对24例难复性股骨颈骨折采用股骨头2枚克氏针联合空心钉股骨大粗隆牵引进行复位，并与2000年1月至2009年1月收治的难复性股骨颈骨折78例患者进行对比，报道如下。
