摘要
目的观察牵引疗法在神经根型颈椎病治疗中的作用。方法 40例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为实验组20例和对照组20例。实验组采用牵引疗法和传统疗法相结合,对照组采用单纯的传统疗法。观察两组治疗前后患者神经根的受压情况和疗效。结果显示实验组痊愈16例减轻显效3例无效1例,对照组痊愈10例显效5例无效5例。实验组与对照组对比有显著意义。结论通过颈部牵引可使患者颈部肌肉得以持续牵拉,椎间隙逐渐被牵开,明显缓解患者神经根受压情况,减轻患者的症状,牵引疗法对神经根型颈椎病具有良好治疗效果,传统疗法通过推拿舒筋活血、理筋整复,可以有效地缓解颈肌痉挛,两者应综合应用。
Objective To observe the effect of traction therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.Methods 40 cases of cervical radiculopathy were randomly divided into an experimental group of 20 patients and a control group of 20 cases.The experimental group underwent by combined traction therapy with traditional therapy ,con-trol group using conventional therapy alone.Observe the situation and the effect of pressure before and after treatment in patients with nerve root.Results The experimental group cured 16 cases , The effect were obvious in 3 cases and 1 case was invalid.The control group cured 10 cases, the effect was obvious in 5 cases and 5 cases ineffective.Comparing the experimental group and the control group was significant.Conclusions Patients with cervical traction can be sustained stretch the neck muscles , intervertebral gradually retractor , patients with nerve root compression significantly alleviate the situation, relieve symptoms.Traction therapy for cervical spondylosis radiculopathy with good therapeutic effect tradition -al therapy through massage Shujinhuoxue tendon restoration , can effectively relieve neck muscle spasm , two methods should be integrated application.
