摘要
面对知识经济时代的日益临近 ,“十五”计划的实施以及我国即将加入 WTO,上海市信息咨询业必须做好包括政策上、人才上等多方面准备。本文将从上海信息咨询业的背景及其现状入手 ,对上海市信息咨询业的发展作综述研究。
