摘要
目的评价博士伦纯视治疗用绷带镜和传统加压包扎在结膜移植手术后的效果。方法将行结膜移植手术的46例(46只眼)患者随机分为两组,分别在术后应用博士伦纯视治疗用绷带镜及传统加压包扎方法,对两组患者的主观感受、角膜愈合情况、疾病复发情况等3项指标进行对比研究。结果博士伦纯视治疗用绷带镜组患者的疼痛感明显好于传统加压包扎组,且博士伦纯视治疗用绷带镜组角膜上皮愈合时间明显缩短。结论博士伦纯视治疗用绷带镜具有良好的安全性及有效性,能明显减少患者术后不适,加快伤口愈合,提高患者满意度。
Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of Bausch＆Lomb PureVision used as bandage contact lenses after conjunctival transplantation .Methods A prospective , double-masked study was conducted on 46 eyes of 46 patients who received conjunctival transplantation surgeries .Patients were randomly assigned to group A （ wear Bausch ＆Lomb PureVision contact lenses ） and group B （ local compression bandage ） after the surgery .The responses to a subjective questionnaire on pain sensation were assessed 7 days postoperatively .Corneal endothelium status was assessed 3 and 7 days after the surgery upon bandage lens removal .The recurrence rate was assessed 6 months after the surgery .Results The main outcomes of Bausch＆Lomb PureVision contact lenses were safety and efficacy .The overall compliance and satisfac-tion of Group A is high ,and patients reported less pain .The endothelium healed faster in Group A than in group B .Conclu-sion Bausch＆Lomb PureVision contact lenses are safety and efficacy as bandage contact lenses after conjunctival trans -plantation surgery .
