摘要
采用盆栽试验,以草地早熟禾品种午夜2号为对照,对甘肃省内5份野生草地早熟禾材料进行抗旱胁迫下的生理响应研究。结果表明,水分胁迫期间,各种草地早熟禾的相对含水量、叶绿素含量显著下降,MDA和可溶性蛋白含量显著上升,POD和SOD的活性在轻度干旱时上升,而在重度干旱时下降。运用模糊数学隶属函数综合分析得出,草地早熟禾材料抗旱能力大小顺序为:陇西>安定>午夜2号>西和>秦州>清水。
The physiological response of 5 wild Poa pratensis collected in Gansu under drought stress was studied with pot experiment and the commercial variety “Midnight II”was used as CK.The results showed that the RWC and Chl content of all materials under drought stress significantly decreased compared with CK,while MDA and soluble protein content significantly increased.POD and SOD activity increased with a mild drought stress,and decreased under severe drought stress.Comprehensive analysis indicated that the ability of drought resistance of 6 materials was Longxi〉Anding〉Midnight II〉Xihe〉 Qinzhou〉Qingshui.
