摘要
大学—产业合作平台是促进合作发生与持续进行的功能性组织。要素视角下的协同创新弱化了组织边界对要素流动的限制,强调机制上的创新,对合作平台的功能提出了新要求。从合作关系视角对宏观意义上合作平台的功能需求进行了阐释,以需求定位功能,以功能设计机制。最后以"产业技术研究院"这一新兴实体平台的设计及运行为案例,总结了大学—产业合作平台的功能集成化模式。
University-industry cooperation platform is a functional organization which promoted the cooperation between them happen and last continuously .In the view of the factor perspective ,collaborative innovation w eakens the restriction of organization boundary of element flow ,and emphasizes the innovational mechanism ,w hich puts forw ard new require-ments for the function of cooperation platform .And traditional platforms are divided by the professional functions ,so that virtually increased the boundary constraints .T herefore ,the problem of the cooperation platform is w hether the specializa-tion or integrated fusion .This article aimed at explaining the functional requirements from macro perspective of the UIC relationship ,and positioning function with demands ,designing mechanisms with functions .Finally ,the author takes an ＆quot;industrial technology research institute＆quot;for a study case ,as a newly developing entity platform ,and then summarizes the functional integration mode of the university-industry cooperation platform .
