Exercise-induced and Pathological Cardiac Hypertrophy

摘要 各种疾病造成心肌重塑和心脏肥大,最终发展为心力衰竭。相反,运动员的心脏同样也发生重塑与肥大,则属于生理性适应。对运动性和病理性心脏肥大的形态、功能、信号转导机制和影响因素等方面作一综述,以期为鉴别诊断、预防过度训练引起的心肌损伤甚至运动性猝死,以及为心血管疾病和心衰患者制定新的治疗策略提供借鉴与参考。 Various diseases can lead to myocardial remodeling and cardiac hypertrophy, eventually resulting in heart failure. In contrast, athletes are likely to have cardiac remodeling and hypertrophy during long-term exercise training, which was considered to be a physiological adaptation. The present review involved morphology, function, signal transduction and influential factor of exercise-induced cardiac hypertrophy and pathological cardiac hypertrophy to provide references for differential diagnosis ,prevention of exercise-induced myocardial injury and sudden death as well as new therapeutic strategies to treat cardiovascular diseases and heart failure patients.
