压路机的典型液压系统防打滑设计

摘要 针对压路机行驶时启动力矩过大造成的打滑以及两侧摩擦力差异造成的单侧打滑现象,基于通过降低打滑端转速并将驱动力分配到未打滑端产生有效驱动的原理,设计了4种防打滑方案,确保了压路机启动和行驶的稳定性。 Aimed at the phenomenon that roller slips due to excessive starting torque during traveling and a one-sided slip occurs because of the difference between the friction from both sides, four plans for anti-slip were proposed based on the principle that the speed from the slipped side should be lowered and the driving force is allocated to the other side to provide effective drive, which are expected to guarantee the stability of roller during the start-up process and traveling.
