摘要
由四项工作坊和两周实习服务构成的整合性增能方案意在增加特教系学生之专业能力,包括增长对园艺治疗、游戏治疗、休闲治疗和艺术治疗之专业知识,并提升学生设计适合身心障碍儿童之课程规划能力及实际教学之能力等方面,受到学生一致支持。根据整合性增能方案实施过程之缺失,建议:加强事先规划与协调,丰富学生理论知识,提高实训实效;产学合作持续进行并进一步扩大合作单位,扩展学生就业市场。
The aim of the plan of the capability increase,which is formed by four workshops and a two-week internship,is to strengthen the professional capabilities of the students from the special education. These capabilities include the specialties in treatment through gardening,treatment through games,treat-ment through entertainment and treatment through artistic activities,as well as the specialties for the students to design and plan curriculum for the disabled children and the related teaching ability.The re-search is supported by the students from the department of special education.And the result of the re-search reveals that the pre-plan,cooperation is necessary,and the related knowledge prepared for the students are necessary to increase the practice effects,and that industry-academy cooperation is the force-ful support for the research.
