摘要
由于我国海域面积广阔,拥有众多的毗邻国家和丰富的渔业资源,所以周边国家对我国海域的非法侵占,势必影响到我国的国家海洋权益和我国渔业的正常发展。该文通过对我国与周边国家的海洋权益争端现状的研究,分析出周边海洋争端对我国渔业资源、渔业权益及渔业经济等方面的影响,并提出了具体的维护我国渔业合法权益的对策。
Our country sea area is broad,with adjacent countries and rich fishing resources,the neighboring countries occupy our waters illegally,is bound to affect the national marine rights and interests of our country and the normal development of Chinese fishery.Through study on our maritime rights disputes with neighboring countries in current situation,the influence of surrounding ocean contention on fishery resources,the rights and interests of fishery and fishery economy were analyzed,and concrete countermeasures to maintain the lawful rights and interests of Chinese fishery were put forward.
