Fatigue Life Prediction of Lower Arm of the Semi-active Suspension Based on Optimal Control

摘要 运用多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS和Matlab进行的整车联合仿真结果表明,半主动悬架系统能有效提高车辆的平顺性。通过获取下摆臂的载荷时间历程,结合有限元应力分析结果,在MSC.Fatigue软件中进行下摆臂疲劳寿命计算,得到了其疲劳寿命分布和危险点的寿命值。实车台架试验表明,试验结果与仿真计算结果基本一致。 The co-simulation of complete vehicle is performed with software ADAMS and Matlab, which shows that the semi-active suspension improves ride comfort of the vehicle. By obtaining load-time history of lower suspension arm, and in combination of results of FE stress analysis, we calculate the fatigue life of lower suspension arm in MSC.Fatigue software, and obtain the fatigue life distribution and fatigue life value of the dangerous locations. The results of real vehicle tests and the simulation results are coincident.
