摘要
本文采用丙烯酸酯无皂聚合方法制备了一种性能优良的无皂乳液印花粘合剂,讨论了温度、时间等条件对乳液合成的影响,实验表明最佳的合成工艺为:反应温度80℃,预乳液滴加时间1 h,保温时间1 h,引发剂用量0.6%(占单体重),软/硬单体配比1.38∶1。在此条件下合成的粘合剂能够赋予纯棉织物和涤棉织物良好的印花色牢度。
A new kind of polyacrylate adhesive was prepared through soap-free emulsion polymerization. The influences of reaction conditions on the polymerization were researched. The result showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows: temperature 80 ℃, adding time of pre-emulsion 1 h, holding time 1 h, initiator dosage 0.6%, the ratio of hard monomers to soft monomers at 1.38 : 1. Printed cotton and T/C fabric cloud be endowed with good rubbing fastness by using the adhesive prepared under the optimum reaction conditions.
