CT引导下微创手术治疗跟骨骨折的临床分析

摘要 目的探讨CT引导下微创手术治疗跟骨骨折的临床效果。方法选择在我院进行住院治疗的跟骨骨折患者90例,采用CT引导下微创手术治疗。结果手术后患者的Gissane角和Bohler角都明显增加,与手术前对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访半年,90例治愈67例,好转20例,未愈3例,有效率为96.7%。结论 CT引导下微创手术治疗跟骨骨折能减少创伤,改善骨折预后状况,值得推广应用。
