摘要
针对槽轮式排种器很难达到精密播种、合理密植的缺点,研究并设计了一种用于精播小麦的机械式充种沟式精密排种器。阐述了其结构与工作原理,通过对充种槽尺寸的计算与对不同尺寸充种槽的排种试验确定了关键部件尺寸,并测出其漏播率、重播率及单粒率。
Because slot wheel device is difficult to achieve precision seeding and the requirement of reasonable density,the article research and design of a mechanical ditch filling-type precision seed-metering device for precision seeding of wheat.The basic structure and the working principle were expounded here.The key working parts were designed with calculation by filling slot size and seeding experiment in different kinds of filling slot size.And measure the leakage sowing rate,the playback rate and the rate of single seed.
