云南陆稻品种抗瘟性鉴定及其与抗旱性的相关分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了明确陆稻在不同逆境胁迫下的抗性表现,利用云南省4个稻瘟病菌优势小种对30个云南陆稻品种进行抗稻瘟病鉴定,并对其进行抗旱性评价及SSR多样性分析。结果表明:抗病能力中等以上品种占所检测品种的60%,抗旱能力中等以上品种占所有供试品种的66.7%,平均有效等位基因数为1.097 5、Nei’s基因多样性指数(H)平均为0.077 8;相关分析结果显示,供试品种的抗瘟性与抗旱性间存在显著的相关关系。本研究结果表明,供试品种间存在丰富的遗传多样性变异,且在面临不同逆境胁迫时具有相近的抗性表现,使得育种过程中培育兼具较好抗瘟、抗旱能力的栽培稻新品种成为可能。 In order to research the expression of upland rice resistant to different stress, the resistance of 30 Yunnan upland rice varieties to Magnaporthe oryzae and drought stress and genetic diversity were investigated. An artificial inoculation method was used to identify the resistance to rice blast. The results indicated that over moderately resistant varieties accounted for 60% of all varieties. Drought resistance of 30 upland rice varieties were assessed by drought resistant membership function value calculated form relative germ roughness, relative radicle length and relative radicle roughness. The results showed that the highly and moderately resistant varieties accounted for 61.25% of all varieties. Genetic diversity of 30 Yunnan upland rice varieties was detected and analyzed by using 24 SSR markers. The average number of alleles per locus was 1.097 5 with a range from 0.099 6 to 1.462 2. The Nei's genetic diversity index(H) ranged from 0.000 to 0.245 2 with an average value of 0.077 8. The reason for this phenomenon may be that there were some common molecular regulation mechanisms within plants during subjected to different adversity stress conditions. The above conclusion maked new varieties cultivated rice varieties with preferable disease and drought resistance in breeding process possible.
