摘要
为了解决旋转机械内部碰摩声发射信号源难以准确定位的问题,首先分析了近场声发射信号传播的数学模型,提出了一种经验模式分解(EMD)结合近场多重信号分类(MUSIC)的声发射源位置的定位方法:其利用EMD对信号的自适应分解特性,将各传感器接收的信号分解为几个本征模态函数(IMF),再对与声发射源信号对应的IMF进行近场MUSIC算法,通过对距离和方位角的二维联合估计从而实现声发射源的定位。仿真结果表明结合EMD处理的近场MUSIC方法能有效的检测出在强干扰(目标)下的弱声发射信号源位置特征。
In order to research and realize the localization rub fault in rotating machinery base on acoustic emission (AE) signals and to improve the accuracy of localization, firstly, we analysed the propagation of the acoustic emission in near-field model, and presented a new location method of acoustic emission in which the empirical model decomposition (EMD) was used in connection with the multiple signal classification (MUSIC) method. The signal of every senor was decomposed into a number of intrinsic mode functions (IMF) by making use of EMD's self-adaptive decomposing property. Then, the MUSIC method was used to deal with AE source related IMF, by means of distance and azimuth joint estimation to achieve the AE source location. The simulation results show that EMD connection with MUSIC method 'can effectively detect the position of weak AE source under strong interference.
