摘要
以某60万吨/年煤制甲醇装置为背景,选取气化与变换单元为研究对象,利用夹点技术对其用能现状进行了分析,找出违背夹点规则的不合理换热匹配并提出2套优化方案,结果如下:方案1:减少副产0.3Mpag蒸汽53.8%(工厂该品质蒸汽过剩),增产1.2 Mpag蒸汽6.5%,新增产2.5 Mpag蒸汽18.83Mw;方案2:减少0.3Mpag蒸汽51.0%,增产1.2 Mpag蒸汽22.2%。当1.2与2.5 Mpag蒸汽价格相差不大、设备材料费用较高时,方案2优于方案1。
The energy efficiency of coal gasification and CO shift process of a 600 kt/a coal to methanol device was studied through pinch technology. The results showed that the existing process had a huge energy saving potential because a great amount cross pinch heat transfer existed there. In order to recover high grade energy from this process, two suggested solutions were published in this paper. Solution 1: reducing 0.3 Mpag steam by 53.8 % which is overproduction in current factory; increasing 1.2 Mpag steam by 6.5 % and newly producing 2.5 Mpag steam 18.83 MW. Solution 2: reducing 0.3 Mpag steam by 51.0 % and increasing 1.2 Mpag steam by 22.2 %. If the price difference between the 1.2 and 2.5 MPag steams is small and the equipment material is expensive, the solution 2 is better.
