摘要
小间距双线隧道近距离下穿运营中的地铁车站,会造成既有结构沉降变形,影响运营安全。本文针对南水北调北京西四环暗涵穿越五棵松车站工程的特点,提出了限速运营沉降控制标准,制定了穿越施工方法及预加固方法,并建立了三维有限元模型,预测了既定施工方法下车站及地表的沉降,并通过数值模拟分析了穿越段双线隧道工作面错距、注浆横通道与车站结构间距以及长管注浆加固效果对沉降的影响;结果显示保证6 m的工作面错距可以减小变形缝差异沉降,注浆通道与车站结构的距离对既有结构沉降影响不大。最后将数值模拟结果与监测数据进行了对比。
The excavation of new built double-line tunnel with small clear distance under crossing the metro sta- tion in operation can result in displacement of existing structure. According to the characteristics of the South-North Water Diversion culverts project crossing Wukesong station, the displacement control index for limiting speed opera- tion is provided, and the tunneling method for crossing and the pre-reinforcement scheme is proposed. With 3-D finite element model, the displacement of the station is predicted, and the influence of the factors including the distance be- tween the double-line' s digging interfaces, the distance from the grouting transverse alleyway to the edge of the sta- tion structure and the pre-reinforcement strength of long pipe grouting are analyzed. The results demonstrate that set- ting a distance between the working faces of the double-line for 6m can decrease the differential settlement of deforma- tion seams, and the distance between transverse alleyway and the station does not influence the displacement of exist- ing structure obviously.
