摘要
中国加入世贸组织的进程已到了最后阶段 ,乌拉圭回合一揽子协定中有关国际投资的规则必将对我国外资法产生重要影响。分析我国外资立法的特点及存在的主要问题 ,联系世贸组织法律体系对投资措施的具体规定 ,要求我们必须从立法体制和法律内容进一步调整完善我国外资立法。
