缝隙连接蛋白43表达对难治性颞叶癫痫手术患者预后价值分析

摘要 目的探讨缝隙连接蛋白43在难治性颞叶癫痫患者中的表达及与患者手术后效果的关系,分析缝隙连接蛋白43对难治性颞叶癫痫的预后价值。方法根据对45例手术后难治性颞叶癫痫患者进行随访分为手术效果良好组和手术效果不佳组,应用免疫组化的方法比较两组患者缝隙连接蛋白43的表达情况。结果免疫组化结果显示,手术效果不佳组缝隙连接蛋白43表达明显高于手术效果良好组(P<0.05)。手术效果不佳组颞叶癫痫患者缝隙连接蛋白43表达较手术效果良好组明显增高。结论缝隙连接蛋白43对于颞叶癫痫手术的预后可能具有一定的参考价值。
