摘要
针对中国石化天津分公司延迟焦化装置分馏塔塔底的结焦问题,采用蜡油与焦炭塔油气直接换热的方法,对装置进行了改造。结果表明,改造后分馏塔蒸发段温度提高了10℃;蜡油残炭质量分数增加了0.205个百分点,密度增加了6.75 kg/m3,表明改造后蜡油质量略有降低;装置循环比平均值下降了0.08个百分点,加工量提高了135 t/d,液体收率增加了1.18个百分点,装置经济效益得到提高。
In order to resolve the problem of co- king at fraetionater bottom in a delayed coking unit of Tianjin Branch, SINOPEC, a corresponding re- vamping was conducted by the process of direct heat exchange between wax oil and oil gas from eoking chamber. The results showed that after the revam- ping, the evaporator temperature increased by 10 ℃,the mass fraction of carbon residue in wax oil increased by 0. 205 percent points, the density in-creased by 6.75 kg/m^3, indicating the oil quality decreased slightly. The circulation ratio decreased by 0.08 percent points in average, processing volume increased by 135 t/d,the liquid yield increased by 1.18 percent points, so that the economic benefit of the unit was improved.
