摘要
分析了影响中国石油兰州石化公司生产的中熔高刚聚丙烯(PP)注塑专用树脂(牌号为EP548 N)光泽度的主要因素,并对存在的问题进行了改进.结果表明,采用意大利Basell公司生产的ZN118催化剂,以美国Milliken公司生产的HPN 20 E为成核剂且加入量为(500~800)×10^-6,在乙烯质量分数为8.0% ~8.5%,橡胶相质量分数为12.25%,二甲苯可溶物特性黏数/不溶物特性黏数为1.2~1.8的条件下,可制备光泽度高于60%的产品.
The principal influence factors of gloss- iness of medium melt flow rate and high flexible modulus specialty polypropylene resin (injection moulding grade) produced by Lanzhou Petrochemi- cal Company were analyed,and the problems existed in production were resolved. The results showed that the product with glossiness above 60% was produced with ZN 118 (made by Basell Company, Italy) ascatalyst, HPN 20 E ( made by Milliken Company, US) as nucleating agent [ (500 - 800) × 10^-6 ] under the condition of the mass fraction of ethylene 8.0% - 8.5% and the mass fraction of rubber phase 12.25% ,the intrinsic viscosity ratio of xylene soluble fraction to xylene insoluble fraction 1.2 -1.8.
