摘要
在构建城市居民生活质量的客观评价指标体系的基础上,通过主成分分析法、TOPSIS方法以及LISA方法分别对安徽城市居民生活质量进行测度、居民生活质量差异进行综合评价以及分析居民生活质量的空间分异特征。结果表明:①居民生活质量的相对贴近度最高(>0.5)的城市有合肥(0.7767)、马鞍山(0.6563)、芜湖(0.6139)、铜陵(0.6054)和黄山(0.5197),相对贴近度最低(<0.3)的城市有亳州(0.2809)、宣城(0.2606)、池州(0.2576)和阜阳(0.1897);②目前对城市居民生活质量具有首要影响因素的是社会方面,其次是经济发展水平,最后是生态环境方面;③城市居民生活质量水平指数存在显著差异和明显的空间相关特征,其空间关联模式呈现出低—低(LL)型、低—高(LH)型、高—低(HL)型三种类型。在此基础上,提出了进一步改善与提高城市居民生活质量的对策与建议。
The paper is based on the assessment objective indexes system of quality of life in Anhui Province, measuring the quality of life of urban residents, uses Topsis method to assess comprehensively the quality of life for urban residents, and finally uses LISA method to analysize spatial pattern of the quality of life for urban residents. The results show that: (1) Hosts of cities having the highest Ci degree (〉0.5)of quality of life of urban resident respectively include Hefei (0.7767), Ma Anshan (0.6563), Wuhu ( 0.6139), Tongling (0.6054) and Huangshan (0.5197), however, the lowest (〈0.3) are including Bozhou (0.2809), Xuancheng (0.2606), Chizhou ((0.2576) and Fuyang (0.1897); (2) Presently, quality of life in Anhui cities has primary effect factor is the social aspect, followed by the level of economic development, thirdly, ecological environment aspect; (3)There are quite different among the level of quality of life for city residents. The result indicates that the level of quality of life for city residents among cities are quite unbalanced and present three types: low- low, low-high and high-low patterns, while high-high pattern could not pass the test of LISA significant. In this regard, the article propose countermeasures and suggestions on the quality of life.
