硅酸盐细菌的分离及溶磷、解钾和脱硅活性研究 被引量:3

Isolation and Phosphorus Releasing,Potassium Releasing and Desilication Activity of a Silicate Bacterium Strain

摘要 利用硅酸盐细菌分离培养基从云南省文山州砚山红舍克铝土矿区分离出一株硅酸盐细菌YSHSK13,通过形态、生理生化特征及16S rRNA基因测序分析,将其初步鉴定为节杆菌属(Arthrobacter sp.)的菌株;对其溶磷、解钾和脱硅活性的研究分析表明,在溶磷、解钾和脱硅培养基中培养10 d和20 d后,可溶性硅、钾和磷的含量分别比典型标准硅酸盐细菌菌株增加3.16、1.77、1.04倍和4.48、2.24、2.08倍,结果表明该菌株具有较强的溶磷、解钾和脱硅活性。 A silicate bacteria strain, designated as YSHSK13, was isolated from Bauxite mining area of Hongsheke in Yunnan province by using silicate bacteria isolation medium. Based on the morphological and physiological characteristics and 16S rRNA gene sequence, the isolate was identified as a member of genus Arthrobacter and named as Arthrobacter sp. YSHSK13. Simultaneously, phosphorus releasing, potassium re- leasing and desilication activities of the strain were determined. After 10 and 20 days, soluble silica, potas- sium and phosphorus can be 3.16 times, 1.77 times, 1.04 times and 4.48 times, 2.24 times, 2.08 times than the standard strains respectively in the different mediums of phosphorus releasing, potassium releasing and desilication. The results showed that the strain has stronger activities of phosphorus releasing, potassium re- leasing and desilication activities.
