摘要
汽车零部件业是整个汽车产业链条中的重要组成部分,如汽车零部件采购物流的操作难度、运营复杂度、经营成本也是汽车物流中最高等组成。加强对汽车零部件采购物流的管理,能够有效地压缩成本,提高汽车制造商的生产效率,以及有利于其企业综合管理水平的提高。文中对汽车零部件采购物流领域的研究,旨在分析当下汽车零部件采购物流模式所存在的问题,并对此提出相应的改善建议和解决方案。
Auto parts industry is an important part of the whole automobile industry chain. The operational difficulty, operational complexity, operating costs are the highest in automotive logistics. To strengthen the management of automobile parts procurement logistics, can effectively reduce costs, improve productivity carmakers and increase beneficial to its integrated enterprise management level. This paper studies the procurement of auto parts logistics field, aims to analyze the current pattern of auto parts procurement logistics problems and propose consequential improvement suggestions and solutions.
