摘要
目的:建立壮骨通络丸的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对方中淫羊藿用乙酸乙酯∶丙酮∶甲醇∶水(10∶1∶1.5∶1)为展开剂,赤芍以三氯甲烷∶乙酸乙酯∶甲醇∶甲酸(40∶5∶10∶0.2)为展开剂,乌头碱以三氯甲烷∶乙酸乙酯(5∶5)为展开剂,显色明显,可见相对清晰斑点。结果:TLC法专属性强,重复性试验较好。结论:定性定量方法简便、准确、重现性较好,可作为壮骨通络丸质量的有效控制标准。
Objective：to establish a quality standard for zhuanggu tongluo pills. Method： Used thin layer color spectrum law each other in the sex sheep Herba epimedii with acetic acid b ester-acetone-methanol-water （ 10：1：1.5：1 ） for expand agent, and radix paeoniae Rt, bra to three chlorine melhane-acetic acid b ester-methanol-carboxylic acid （40：5：10：0.2） for expand agent, and black head alkali to three chlorine methane-aeetie, acid b ester （5：5）for expand agent, explicit color obviously, visible relative clear spots.Resuhs： TLC method exclusively strong, repetitive test is better. Conclusion： Qualitative and quantitative methods is simple, accurate, good reproducibility, As zhuang Gu Tong Luo Wan effective control of quality standards.
