本文结合爱尔兰的经济发展状况及其服务外包的发展阶段,分析了其发展服务外包的利用外资、人才培养、法制环境、开发园区建设等主要政策以及服务外包产业的发展前景。
Firstly, this article makes a brief summary of Irish economic growth and service outsourcing development phase. Then it analyzes emphatically policies and measures that Ireland adopts for its service outsourcing development in aspects of foreign investment, talent training, legal environment, and development zone construction. Finally, it explores prospects of Irish service outsourcing development.
